1. The music does get turned up around noon but it wasn't overly loud like some people have complained about.

3. What marketing expert came up with that idea? Trying to dupe the us dummies? One in our party had a bad experience with loud music at 3 AM from the adjacent room & mgmt did absolutely nothing to make them happy, claiming that the hotel cannot control what guests do.

5. 30AM by our neighbours who were shouting/screaming/laughing and had the TV on very loud this continued until 6AM, it was like they were in our room.

6. First night after travelling a total 24 hours from the UK we were given a room on the 1st floor with a view of a air conditioning unit, not what we flew thousands of miles for, we were then woken at 3AM by two people outside talking until 5AM really loud.

7. The music however is very loud which is not suited to everyone and the lazy river gets treated more like a pool bar.

10. I was at the pool enjoying it and the piped in music until noon when they started a pool party with music so loud that you could no longer have a conversation with the person sitting next to you.
