1. unfortunately, since the hotel was fairly booked, service in the club lounge was spotty, too.

2. unfortunately this is offset by the fact that there are only 2 TVs and the workout equipment (other than the treadmills) are not hooked into their audio.

8. Equipment in the room was good, flat screen TV and ipod docking station radio but unfortunately you could not use the fridge for own stuff.

9. The pool area is large and beautiful (unfortunately the temp was only in the high 50's F when we were there so we did not get to use the pool) .
