1. I know, this is not important to most travellers, but these are truly my only complaints about the room.

2. The other complaint, and I know it sounds like I love mirrors, was that the only full length mirror in the room, was inside of the closet door, which would not stay open.

4. The only complaint I have is the toiletries provided with the room are a little on the 'mean' side; no shower cap, and the soap we were using went quite quickly.

Nice hotel, I stayed on the 10th floor and when the room door was closed there was a wind tunnel noise found coming from under the door, I did tell the front desk but they did not seem concerned about my complaint, the bell man and porters are amazing make you feel great Clayton was his name I think.
