1. I would be very embarassed to admit that I had a hotel room that looked as poor as this one in my establishment.

2. The concierge lounge on the 15th floor was nice as always, but it lacked the necessary counter space and thus the poor attendants were run ragged trying to keep up with everyone's 'special' requests for things like jam and hot water.

6. With the city center debacle of poor cost management, poor construction, a bad idea in the first place, it seemed to have sucked the life and air out of the Mirage property as all efforts and majority of staff was moved to the city center.
