3. Room with moldy showers, carpet that was wrinkled and a slipping hazard, and a sliding bathroom door that did not have a lock and kept opening (why no lock, sorry but that is something I prefer).

7. Not always thorough (see photo of dirty sink and photo of mold in shower by the door); failed to leave extra towels most days that we asked; we ran out of toilet paper twice; she knocked almost every morning before 10am, despite there being a tag on the door requesting privacyVALET: AWESOME.

We ended up asking for exta hangers for the closetBATHROOM: oversized with shower AND tub, single sink; pocket/sliding door was noisy; fully visible peeling paint on ceiling inside the shower (see photo); mold on grout in shower, which could only be seen if you were IN the shower (see photo); no fan (so the room got steamy when showering)HOUSEKEEPING: 3 out of 5 .
