1. We preferred that since we planned to explore the surrounding area (Death Valley, Red rocks Canyon, Boulder Dam, Lake Mead, Valley of Fire, etc.

3. It is well worth it as you can rock up any time you like, the chairs are more comfortable than the normal ones and you can settle up your drinks/food bill at the end rather than every time you get a drink.

4. One room over looked the volcano while the other room was given a beautiful view of the mountains to the West (we could see Red rock Canyon from the room).
