3. Renaissance Las Vegas is right by the convention center, short walk (can't believe anyone can complain about the length of that walk) to a monorail stop and maybe a 20, 25 minute walk to the north end of the strip.

4. We got a great price, but wouldnt have complained if it were more, because we were able to walk in, unaccosted by smoke and the typical casino sounds and smells, to a beautiful, calm, classy lobby each morning and evening.

5. They also did not vacuum the corners of the carpet (dust was very thick in the corner of the room by the bed) so all in all I wasn't surprised to hear a guest at the counter complaining that her room was 'filthy'.
