2. Sometimes you can live with a dumpy hotel when the staff are friendly and you have great service, but guess what the service was terrible and the staff has the worst morale I've ever saw working in a hotel.

10. The worst is that you are told NOT to park on the first 3 floors of the hotel`s connected garage - that`s only for valet.
