3. This is just a warning (judging from my own experience, and based on some of the other reviews) that IF you do run into some kind of issue, they would rather be rude to you and try to sweep the problem under the rug than deal with it and make sure that the customer is taken care of.

9. It was our first trip to AUSTIN, it is an amazing place to visit, but this beautiful hotel nearly ruined it all via their lack of housekeepin, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, their RUDE PHONE staff and front desk.
