3. The room was comfortable - but there were some issues - one the the air conditioning fan was extremely loud and the air leaked quickly from one of the 2 beds (these are air pumped beds so you can ajust the firmness).

5. This is just a warning (judging from my own experience, and based on some of the other reviews) that IF you do run into some kind of issue, they would rather be rude to you and try to sweep the problem under the rug than deal with it and make sure that the customer is taken care of.

9. I also had an issue where I placed the change sheets sign on the bed two days in a row, but the hotel staff did NOT change the sheets on either day.

10. It would have been fine should the hotel reps have cleared up the issue and redistributed rooms as promised, but the front desk was rude and defensive about their mistakes.
