5. It was our first trip to AUSTIN, it is an amazing place to visit, but this beautiful hotel nearly ruined it all via their lack of housekeepin, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, their RUDE PHONE staff and front desk.

6. Also, TV was set to 'stretch' mode by default to take the standard definition feed and stretch it into widescreen (almost painful to watch it distorted like this but perhaps they were trying to cover up the lack of any HD programming).
