3. While the sleep number beds are comfortable, the noise from the city (if you're on the street side) or from ice machines, elevators, who-knows-what-else (if you're not) will disturb the lighter sleepers among us.

4. They knocked on our door at 8:30 in the morning, and even though we forgot to put the do not disturb sign out, the newspaper was still out there so it was obvious we had not been up yet.

5. Two downsides, check in was suppose to be at 3pm but our room was not ready until 4:30pm and there was alot of disturbing street noise at night.
