1. The staff at the check in are unfriendly, unhelpful and have an air of being utterly bored and hating their job.

4. On asking, again, to see 'the' manager, the assistant manager went into a back office and reappered five or so mins later when she, in a very unfriendly manner, told me she had a suite with three beds she would move us to, excellent, I thought.

10. Reception desk, concierge and staff at transportation desk, security all polite and friendly at all times, which cannot be said about personnel taking care of our luggage in the storage room on our day of departury: very unfriendly, not polite and sorry to say: rude.
