1. Staff were courteous but one of the porters a bit surly when we had no cash on us at that time then because his attitude was shocking he got nothing at all.

10. When we first walked into our bedroom (1628) there was a bit of shock at how old it looked, but we had a nice modern TV, and the bed was very comfortable with no bed bugs.
