5. This turned out to be a broken central heating system and would do loud banging noises throughout the night? We wanted to bring this to the attention of the staff to look at and the member of staff was extremely rude so I spoke to the manager and they said they would have a look.

8. the staff were rude, they didnt have a record of our booking so i had to get proof out and due to this our group was split and we all had to share double beds not single which wasnt ideal.

10. rude staff, tiny rooms, and FYI, art deco in a hotels description actually means that they havent changed a thing in the last 30 years.
