1. We had a problem with the room shower that was not solved while we were hosted there.

4. Also had a problem with no hot water on two mornings - front desk sent workmen to the room to check on it, and indeed SOMEhow they managed to make sure there was hot water thereafter.

9. I rang up house keeping to sort this out and it took 40 minutes to come and sort this (the lady was very nice who came to rectify the problem) They had also not fixed the heating and we where woken up several times in the night again.
