3. Service was quick, thankfully, so quick, infact, that my sister's tea cup had not even been cleaned on the outside after another unfortunate patron has drank from it.

4. My husband and I spent out honeymoon here in June of last year, on arrival I loved the 20's look of the hotel, and was pleasantly greeted, we checked in with no problems and went to our room, which, unfortunately was very small.

5. I pre ordered the balloons and cupcakes for the room upon arrival, they were not there unfortunately but one call to reception and Marla Edgar came up within 10mins with them and also a breakfast and cocktail voucher which was unexpected but very appreciated.

6. unfortunately, I tried to take my $11 glass of wine back to my room but I was told it was against the law or hotel policy.

10. It was 97 degrees when we arrived in New York last week and to be told by the staff that 'we are very sorry but unfortunately there is a problem with the boilers and that there is no hot water and possibly no aircon in your room' was laughable.
