1. It's what you'd expect from a midtown hotel as far as amenities go (not a lot), but while small and non descript, the room was clean and satisfactory with no complaints from us.

8. On complaining to the manager, I have to admit that he dealt with the complaint promptly and he himself was horrified and embarrassed by the mouse situation.

9. My only complaint was the price of the wifi which we didnt use at nearly $4 for 30mins is excessive and i noticed upon checkout you can become a member of the hotel for free and one of the perks is free wifi.

10. For what we paid, we can have no complaints and would recommend this hotel and will use it again if we are looking for a hotel in Times Square.
