5. This turned out to be a broken central heating system and would do loud banging noises throughout the night? We wanted to bring this to the attention of the staff to look at and the member of staff was extremely rude so I spoke to the manager and they said they would have a look.

7. Certainly in our own room you wouldn't want to have a wash in the sink or take a shower if your partner was still asleep and wouldn't dare flush the toilet as this would end is an extremely loud vibration and bang after the bowl emptied.

The rooms themselves are decorated to a low standard & is misleading as the lobby is quite impressive, the radiators in both rooms were also very noisy & woke both of us up every night with a strange loud clicking noiseI would guess that if it wasn't for the lobby & location this would be a 2 star hotel as there also is no room service or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
