1. There were two hiccups during my stay:1) Booked a tour via the Concierge with Grey line Anaheim (All day LA tour)- turned out to be the worst tour we took and a total rip off.

3. The buffet breakfast selection was ok, but not as good as what I have seen at Hiltons around the world (Australia in particular, where Hilton is known for its buffet breakfast offer)We had one meal in the hotel, which was the pool bar and grill, which was honestly the worst, most expensive meal during our stay in the USA.

4. One downside is no free wifi, even for HHonors members, and the worst is that although there is a kids pool area, some parents with small children and children in diapers actually take them into the main pool.

8. While the hotel is massive and has obviously undergone a recent remodeling and has a clean, updated feel, I would rank it as simply a 'standard' Hilton property and would definitely rank it as the worst Hilton property I've encountered as far as their Hilton HHonors perks go.

9. This has to be the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune to stay in, the service is truely terrible, lost laundry, keys not working, no response to requests, 20 minute wait for elevators, grumpy staff, poor food, overpriced and full of high school kids running around at all hours of the night.

10. Forget about to go there for a moment to read since they will be closed -- open when they want and certain times (key time) - bottom line worst exec service compare to other hotels.
