1. It is dated looking and reminds me of something from the 80s back when they built hotels with huge lobbies with high ceilings and weird architectural details.

4. Posted elevator permits were expired (I know some places post ones with no date and ask you to go see the permits at the main office, but I've never seen anywhere post *expired* permits while not mentioning where you can go for current ones.

5. The Lobby is reasonably nice, but once you get up to the room levels, the hallways look incredibly dated and worn out (grubby carpet, peeling wallpaper, etc.

10. We used Zip out Check out - make sure your bill is correct (slipped in your door the morning of your check-out date), call 'zip out check-out' just before you leave, leave your name & room number and leave the key card in the room, skip the lines.
