1. Love this place - stay every year - recently renovated - nice, clean, huge fresh - across from Disney - on & on.

2. (It was a Lanai, which I thought meant access to the newly renovated and fantastic swimming pool deck--we wanted Disneyland firework view--from a higher floor, which the misunderstanding booking agent typed in without appreciating that all Lanai rooms are on the 5th floor.

3. We had to change room three times so we could get some sleep, the rooms are dull and boring, so the renovation was a waste of money and the service.

6. When I stayed at the hotel (Feb 2011) the pool was under renovation so that was not possible to use but I guess that is not a big deal because it has to be renovated some time and it happened to be during my visit.

7. Half the time the elevators would arrive at the floor FULL with people, strollers, luggage etc etc The pool area had been under extensive renovation on my previous stay, but it had reopened this time - but it wasn't actually finished.
