5. I attended an annual convention which I do quite frequently and one becomes used to poor service, motel 6 like rooms, and cold impersonal spaces.

6. We had to wait 20+ minutes after checkin for the crib to arrive at almost midnight with our poor 10 month old baby who was exhausted despite repeated attempts to have a crib ready.

7. I would like to emphasize I am not saying all the staff are poor, but one or two incredibly rude staff members along with other incidents created a crappy vacation that we looked forward to all year.

8. if you're paying best western prices for this place then have lower expectations which wont create such a shock for the poor service you may receive.

10. Allowed for noise to come through-housekeeping is noisy - not sure if this is due to the gap in the door but we could clearly hear when housekeeping was cleaning a room in the vacinity-poor housekeeping.
