1. The beds no longer feel like the luxurious dream/sweet sleep beds that I have experienced in some Marriott properties but they were not terrible.

3. I think your hotel experience can make or break your vacation, as having recently having a terrible experience at another hotel chain in Moab, I am thankful to find a hotel that takes customer care and makes it their top priority, as well as cleanliness and a well trained staff.
