1. We thought it was a lost cause to mention again after how rude the guy at the front was when we asked to upgrade.

7. Check in was very straight forward, although the girl at reception came across quite rude (or I could have been slightly underwhelmed after a 12hr flight)We we given a room on the 12th floor - huge with a king bed and great view of Disneyland.

8. I would like to emphasize I am not saying all the staff are poor, but one or two incredibly rude staff members along with other incidents created a crappy vacation that we looked forward to all year.

10. It has been a hit and miss situation with the staff as well, we encountered some very rude staff upon check in however other staff at the restaurant and concierge were courteous.
