1. The building itself appears to be poorly constructed (none of the door frames/walls/ceilings appear straight).

4. The Hotel is not one of the best Hiltons I have stayed at, but I am starting to realise that Hiltons in the USA, are generally poorly maintained and out-dated (compared to other countries).

5. From arrival in the parking garage which is extremely confusing and poorly laid out, to my experience at the desk where my gold status wasnt acknowledged, and where I was not offered assistance with luggage.
