1. The hotel is much larger than I expected and we actually had a hard time finding our room.

3. Also, no complimentary breakfast, no wi-fi, hard to get ahold of staff, I called the front desk on two seperate occasions and got transfered over and over and both times ended up with the parking attendant? Overall? It was ok.

7. The detachable shower head didn't have hardly ANY pressure at all and it took forever to wash anything out of your hair with it.

8. I got on first name basis with help desk people who were really good and tried hard, but at the end of the day, if you reallly need internet, choose a different hotel.
