1. The queue to get coffee at Starbucks was ridiculously long and slow.

8. The only downsides I encountered were 1) a very slow check-in (they only had one or two people working the front desk) and 2) phone service is really spotty towards the back of the hotel and on the lower level where the fitness center is.
