5. Only slight negatives are the mattress had a hump in the middle, perhaps needs to be turned more often, and the sofa, which can be used to sleep on, had a very thin uncomfortable padding, would be difficult to sleep on for adults at least.

7. I think some of the more negative reviews come from travellers that are so used to chains , they are very uncomfortable out of that particular box.
