1. The ownership should be ashamed of themselves to allow the property to fall to such a disgusting level of dirtiness and lack of attention.

2. My only minor gripe was the lack of fruit at the complimentary breakfast which was a distinguishing feature with the Pepper Tree Hotel - but one would hardly expect it given the price.

4. In the past when my family visits the area we have stayed at the Peppertree which is for lack of a better word the sister hotel to Lemontree.

5. The only problems we had were: lack of dresser in the master, no jets in the hot tub, small kitchen table with only two chairs, one of the two dryers were out, and no disposal in the sinks.

10. Ideal for kids, reasonably clean ,staff friendly, but they did lack local knowledge or perhaps weren't confident in giving overseas ( New Zealand ) guests advice on where to go.
