2. When we finally got there (immensely difficult to find - not well marked at all), there was no one at the front desk, and we were not helped until we began making loud noises like dropping our car keys on the desk very noisily.

3. Parking was difficult to find on a few late nights, but there was a medical convention going on and the hotel was full.

4. Only slight negatives are the mattress had a hump in the middle, perhaps needs to be turned more often, and the sofa, which can be used to sleep on, had a very thin uncomfortable padding, would be difficult to sleep on for adults at least.

5. My BIL is in a wheelchair and the hotel could stand to have an ADA inspection as the hallway to his room was carpet in the middle, but tile on the outer edges against the walls and it made moving down the hall in a chair difficult.
