1. The crib itself was rickety and in poor shape and had to be stabilized by my husband.

2. Due to this, we were concerned for our safety, poor AC quality, bed bugs, dirty old commerical carpet, old dirty decor, no trash bins, musty damp smell and stained popcorn ceiling.

4. I could go on and on but bottom line I have stayed at other locations in the area with the family and have had some poor experiences with those large chain places.

6. If your idea of a great stay is very poor service, mishandled reservation, faulty plumbing, NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE - at all, broken coffee pot, 10 AM check-out time and a location that is NOT convenient to Disneyland, then Lemon Tree is the right place for you.

7. Would definately return to this hotel if requiring Anaheim accomodation as the separate rooms were great and it was really beaufitully decorated, etc, however, the Customer Service is very poor and for that reason, unsure whether I would recommend it to others.
