5. I couldn't really complain particularly as the staff were very polite and helpful (they offered some disposable cutlery, bowls and cups when I mentioned that my partner thought we had booked a kitchenette room - which I know we hadn't).

7. EVERYTHING is in terrible shape: stained couches in the lobby and room, old mattresses, stinky blankets, missing slats on the blinds, a sink that never drained (even though we complained about it to front desk), tattered cushions on the chaises at the pool, etc.
