I'm going to deviate a little from this specific hotel and give you an idea of the other hotels in the area: Expensive, often with no breakfast included, rude service, no views or even vegetation, and almost every time we haven't stayed at The Lemontree or The Embassy Suites, something has happened at the hotel that has ruined our trip.

3. After the fiasco with the Brookdale Lodge, the Lemon Tree was like finding an oasis of comfort and excellent service after a long storm of negligence and rudeness:) The front desk staff bends over backwards to make sure their guests (and they treat everyone like a GUEST) are comfortable and have everything they need to make the stay a pleasant one.
