1. Just plain disgusting, hotel is in terrible shape & should be closed down.

2. We were terribly disappointed, the only redeeming factor was the location, but we wound up at a very nice Best Western just up the street for less money and it was just as close to Disneyland.

3. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible and the pull out couch for our daughter was so bad, she slept in the king bed with us.

5. EVERYTHING is in terrible shape: stained couches in the lobby and room, old mattresses, stinky blankets, missing slats on the blinds, a sink that never drained (even though we complained about it to front desk), tattered cushions on the chaises at the pool, etc.

I guess you get what you pay for however you can get past the rooms etc but the service at the hotel is terrible besides for 2 people -Hector who was more than helpful and pleasant and a big man I think his name was Scott very nice and welcomed us back everytime we came back from a long day out.

7. The only complaint that I have was the noisy door of our room, everytime you open the door made a terrible noise, I don't know if the other rooms had the same problem.
