6. Overall, condition of the room was good, just that the television in the bedroom isnt working, which is not really an issue to us.

7. )we basically looked for a place to be close to Disneyland and fast way to San Diego and got exactly that, excellent if you plan to be most of the day out and come back to sleepthe only issue is, because the area is more "neighborhood" it's very quite at night and we didn't feel that safe with our room at ground floor, but that's just usBTW -car is a must in that area, keep it in mind.
