2. We stayed here on a big trip around the US and wanted somewhere in the heart of San Fran, we basically wanted to just rock up park the hire car and walk around for two days and this is exactly what this hotel allowed us to do very easily.

3. The housekeeping in the morning was very noisy and our bath tub was not stable so everytime you stood in it it rocked.

4. Sure you get your own room, but the beds and pillows are rock hard, the bathroom was too small for more than one person to stand in at once, the sink was in the bedroom with nowhere to put toiletries and no light above the mirror (ladies, putting on makeup is a challenge).
