1. The other problem was the heat of the room.

2. Negatives: This is NOT the hotel for you if you have a major disability else back problems (the beds are trendy & comfortable but are so low to the ground that they qualify as a 'throw rug).

9. If you do have mobility problems you should probably be aware that there's a couple of steps up to the front door, and that the hotel itself is located halfway up a pretty steep block, but if you plan your route right you can get to Union Square/Market Street pretty much on the flat.

10. I guess the only downside is that the lift is very slow, but if you're fine with taking the stairs this shouldn't be a problem.
