1. unfortunately, after a big night in the bar, there is spillover into the hotel and many of the couches and chairs in the lobby are littered with drunk or hungover guests.

3. - Check-In -unfortunately, check-in wasn't as smooth as I would have liked, but in the end the upgrades (that came with my credit card) were recognized by the front desk staff member after he took the time to read my reservation in full.

8. There was a fridge but it is loaded up with mini-bar items so we unfortunately we couldn't store things like bottled water in there.
