1. I complained to reception immediately because I thought we had not been given the correct superior room but was told that this room was a superior However shortly after this reception telephoned the room and said they could upgrade us to a suite at an extra $50 per night.

6. but my main 'complain' is the food, i asked for room service twice, first i order a hamburguer, the most simple dishthat anyone can order, and the size was just HUGE, i couldnt even bite the burger because it was way too big, ad not to mention the quantity of fried, it seemed like a dish for 3 people.

7. i loved this hotel,the rooms are decorated so chic, the bath products seemed to me average, nothing special, the bathroom is a little bit small, bit its fine, i hada room for a week i the 7th floor ad my only complain is i had to walk way too much to reach the elevator.

9. As far as the bathroom size that so many people seem to complain about, well, I found it to be perfectly adequate and even charming as the size is a nod to the historical nature of the building.
