1. The wireless internet issue needs addressing, and once sorted I would not hesitate in recommending or staying again in this hotel.

3. The service was superb with a doorman waiting for your exit and return, friendly front desk and housekeeping staff and a quick response to any issue or request.

4. The only slight issue i have with the hotel is that on one evening around 3am we were woken to the sound of the fire alarm and therefore left our room and headed out of the hotel.
