1. Not bad but didn't really find any other interesting hotels in san francisco so we chose here, the noise from the lift was annoying but they we're good and moved us to somehting a bit quieter.

2. The other thing that really annoyed is that we got charged for toll free calls yes ihear u cry they are free no they are not in the Clift the only hotel we got charged for these calls.

6. I know it's being kind of an annoying customer to be this nit-picky, but I would expect such a nice property to make sure the guest's requests were taken care of, not just doing what is convenient.

9. (granted, parking was $60 for one night) But, what most reviews do not tell you (and what I wish I would have known prior to my trip) is that the neighborhood is flourished with very annoying homeless people.

10. we got a deal through orbitz where our room ended up costing about $150/night for a 3 night stay (fri to mon), and I would have been annoyed if we had paid full price for the stay.
