7. We had problems with our shower not working and despite being left a card to tell us that it had been fixed, it hadn't even been touched, when we mentioned it again, the people at the desk just shrugged and said that they would look at it after we left (in 2 days.

10. i stayed with my wife as a young couple , we enjoyed the hotel lifei cant sayany thing than its A+the only thing that i don't like is the rooms are not large enough but they try to solve this problem by mirrors which gives you like a larger space.
