1. The plain room, the ridiculously priced tea, as well as a breakfast for two coming in at over $70, the wifi charges - all left me a little disappointed.

The hotel is just round the corner from various car rental drop off locations, which was ideal for us as we were dropping the car in San Francisco and picking one up when we leave due to the ridiculous parking costs (approx $50 per day, seems about the going rate at most hotels in the city centre) and the fact we would not be needing the car whilst in the city.
