1. The corridors taking you to the rooms are very nicely decorated and there is a nice smell of powdery flower.

2. I was on the 13th floor and neither me nor my neighbors on the 13th floor knew what to do - at the moment the chemical smell/smoke reached the 13th floor we decided it was time to leave but in case there was a real fire I doubt that we would have stood much chance so this exercise left me with a bitter taste.

3. The smell was horrible and spread in the entire building - this I would not hold against the hotel but I do blame them for the fairly stressful experience of evacuation.
