6. Some drawbacks- some drunken noisy guests kept us up all night wandering the hallways at 2am, and our room smelled like cigarettes- most likely someone was smoking in a room above ours and blowing the smoke into the bathroom vent, which then leaked into our bathroom.

8. Bums and hookers on the corner at night, and the concierge's advice was 'i wouldn't wander too far at night around here without a cab' WTF????Oh yeah, it smells old as hell.

9. When we were there the lift was not working, nor the safe, nor the phone in the room - all annoying but we did get comped breakfast to make up for it and i agree the communal areas do smell horrible, a mixture of damp and wee.
