1. I don't suppose there is a solution to the outlet issue in a hotel with this much history.

2. We booked this Hotel from the internet back in Australia, as the price and location suited us well, however the only real issue was the noise at night.

3. Our first room was at the back of the hotel and our second was in the middle, so we didn't have an issue with street noise.

4. I understand the hotel can't really control the whole 'drunken guest' thing, but they didn't seem to want to do anything about the smoking issue, other than send housekeeping up to 'freshen' the bathroom.
