The shutters were broken, the shower temp would change from hot to cold back to hot, the ceiling in the room had major water damage, limited tv channels (15), maid service left much to be desired when they did do the cleaning, the windows haven't been cleaned in years, and the hardwood floors were filthy.

3. filthy dumpy hotel in a bad area and no AC it was so hot in the room it was awful and I was scared to death everytime I left the hotel it was very dangerous.
