2. I stayed on the 2nd floor and there is some street noise but I live in London so I'm used to street noise but I can understand that some people would find this annoying.

3. When we were there the lift was not working, nor the safe, nor the phone in the room - all annoying but we did get comped breakfast to make up for it and i agree the communal areas do smell horrible, a mixture of damp and wee.

4. Staff will smile at you upon arrival but act annoyed if you ask anything more of them after checking in.

5. The only negatives about this hotel are that you are right on the border of where it starts to get scary - you were regularly asked for spare change etc once you stepped out of the hotel which became annoying after a while.
