1. Old antique elevator, which is cool, but slow and a little scary for anyone not completely comfortable on an elevator anyway.

4. The only negatives about this hotel are that you are right on the border of where it starts to get scary - you were regularly asked for spare change etc once you stepped out of the hotel which became annoying after a while.
